Fred Hasley Fred J. Hasley (December 5, 1884 – April 4, 1939) was an American typesetter from Milwaukee who served one term as a Socialist member of the Wisconsin State Assembly.〔(Cannon, A. He became a member of the Typographical Union Local 23 in 1904.
